Training on Ice

既に8月からバンクバーに向かってアイスモードに入っている Pascal Briand さんですが、Blog BRIAND Pascal を見ると良い感じで練習されているのが分かります。頻繁に更新されるブログでもないのに、何となくチェックしてしまう私です。前年はBブロックで活躍されましたが、早くAブロックに昇格してオリンピック・フランス代表に成れると良いのですが。今は Salt Lake City で Roger Schneider と合宿しているみたいで、YouTubeにビデオが投稿されていました。

1st training on ice Aug. 08, 2008 already few days in berlin, and all seems to be fine, i m training with roger of course, and also Sietse (and the bear) now, a sprinter form netherland... few bonus guys and girl join us for more fun....Jan a skater fom switzerland, thierry (surprise by the toger)my short track coach and mathilde.... steven our conditioning coach arrived yesterday.... so we already start with some cool exercice ...so creative what he plan.... here is few picture from training... 1st training on ice

one week in salt lake already Sep. 16, 2008 i m in salt lake city with sietse and roger since a week now...we find a cool appartment to stay only 10min from the oval...here is few picture... it s really good place to train, yesterday we went biking in the moutain...2h uphill for a 3h ride...really nice... one week in salt lake already
