今年6月の Montreal 24h で記録 578km 達成した Philippe Coussy さんが、児童虐待防止協会の後援で、9月25日に世界記録に挑戦するそうです。彼が書き込んだモントリオール記録に触れた文中に a little drafting と記してあるのは、ドラフティングをした以上、正真正銘の自己記録ではないと考えているようで、それが今回の単独挑戦につながったようです。

Philippe Coussy will try to beat the world record for distance in 24 hours roller in favor of the association of defense of abused children.

ATTEMPT

On Friday, September 25th at 8 pm, I am going to make an attempt against the world record of the 24 hours of Henry Visscher NDL (2008 august 28).and Mauro Guenci 543 (guiness june 2004)
There are
1/international juge,
2/European judges,
3 successful computing: (www.sportcommunication.com)
4/, and anti-doping controle to approve the record.
5/ Circuit measured by an official expert, the day before then the next day.

I have still improved my record in Montreal (a little drafting) with 578km last June, only 12 soli on start this year...
We shall know about it more in a week!
