USA Roller Sports 公認ウィールのリストが発表されました。一応、FIRS の基準に適合しているウィールなので、各国オフィシャルレースで使っても問題ないと思います。 しかし未発売の Matter BLACK RAIN は含まれていません。
2008 INLINE SPEED SKATING WHEEL REGISTRATIONby USA Roller Sports (May 09, 2008)  For the benefit of speed skating competitors with an existing investment in speed wheels, USA Roller Sports is continuing the two-year moratorium for wheels previously registered but not included in the current listing from manufacturers.
The wheels listed below include the new listing as well as others registered for the 2006 and 2007 seasons that were not included by the manufacturers. Speed skating wheels may be used in USARS Championships for two additional seasons after the date shown in the last column on this chart. This date marks the date of the last registration.NOTEThe use of USARS Registered Speed Wheels, 110 mm or smaller, is required at all sanctioned Qualifying Regional and National Speed Skating Championships. USARS sanctioned club, interclub, league or invitational contests are exempted from the requirement of using only Registered Speed Wheels. The use of Registered Speed Wheels, 110mm or small is also required at any outdoor speed skating event designated as the USARS sanctioned National Trials for the FIRS World Championships and/or the Pan American Games. At the present time, this includes both the National Banked Track Championships and the National Road Championships. Such registration insures through the manufacturers’ warranties that Registered Speed Wheels are available for general usage by all competitors.
