今 RollerEnLigne.com で CATEO SYSTEM と云うスピードスケート指導方法を連載中です。ところ変われば何とかと言うように、ビデオも文章もフランス語なので何となくフランス風です。もちろん、私にはチンプンカンプンです。まだ全４タイトル完結していませんが、提唱するフランス人コーチの Alexis Laieb さんからメールが届いたので、頑張って前半のレッスンビデオだけ紹介する事にしました。何かヒントになれば幸いです。

CATEO SYSTEM - speedskating VIDEO concept

ALEXIS LAIEB, A french speed skating coach, is updating his skate lessons videos named "CATEO SYSTEM" on the RollerEnLigne.com. The lessons separates into four items from A to D. He updated half on the net and the next half will be updating soon.

By the way, I can't read his description wrote in French at all. But no problem, I am a observational learners. I try to update the CATEO SYSTEM on this notebook. I wish you to make sense and improve your skating.

CATEO SYSTEM

The skaters on the videos of A and B are not expert skaters. But it's easy for you to find any good points and bad points from their novice skating. So you can learn more than expert videos.

Choose Video: A: Pushing, B: Crossover, ~~C: Departure~~ and ~~D: Finish~~

レッスンのレベルに合わせたスケーターが出演しているので、良い所、悪い所がハッキリ見えて参考になります。
