2007年に125g のカーボンフレーム DIABLO .4 をデビューさせた EO Skates でしたが、意外にも衝撃に対して弱いフレームであることが判明してしまいました。今年2008年のニューモデル PLATINE SPRINT ではデザインを変更し強度不足克服、その結果 146g と少し重くなりましたが程なく販売されるようです。Rollerenligne.com に詳しい記事が載っています。

The platinum "Sprint" 2008 version measuring just 12'8 and the weight increase to 146 grams. It is barely longer and a little higher than platinum Fila "Original 100 mm." There will be a longer version in 13'2 which can accommodate 110 mm 4 wheels for the Marathon, rather oriented long distance.

The arc shape in between the second and fourth wheel concentrate forces at the heel to ensure a good performance at the lateral thrust. On the slopes, the presence of swelling containing elements carbon fiber full. The two bridges are also fixing carbon full and returned on wheels to stiffen the assembly.
