Cado Motus が春に DualBox HiLo 2x110+ 2x100 Frame を出すようです。それほど意外なアイディアだと思えませんが、まるで開発が極秘のような CodeName 1-2-1 と見出しに書いてありました。女性向のショートフレームって事ですが、実は男の私が求めていたフレームサイズかも知れません。しかし、まだホームページで写真とか詳細なスペックは明らかにされていません。

CodeName 1-2-1: Faster, Lower, Shorter. The 1-2-1 is a unique HiLo configuration to provide optimized skate performance to smaller feet, in a DualBox-3 frame.

The new DualBox frame will configure 2x110 and 2x100mm wheels on a short wheelbase for Women, while keeping deck heights to a minimum (skaters on the new DualBox HiLo will be no higher than they were on the equivalent 4x100mm frame).

Skaters will benefit from a dramatic increase in available roll from the inclusion of the 110mm wheels, as well as access to new top-end speeds. While the wheelbase/frame length remains short, so the frame handles well, accelerates quickly, and remains highly responsive in turns. Low decks allow the 110mm wheels to be turned over quickly for sprinting, and a 1-2-1 wheel configuration optimizes boot/frame matching and provides the increased frontal pivot length (for added straight-line stroke power) of a 110mm front wheel.

The new DualBox HiLo, codenamed the 1-2-1, is expected to debut in March. Watch for updates here, and Get Ready to Go Faster.

A further preview of the upcoming PRO 1-2-1 HiLo 110 - formerly CodeName 1-2-1 - CadoMotus new 100/110mm wheeled HiLo frames.

The new frames are just a few short weeks away, and yes, we did say frames. The unique PRO 1-2-1 HiLo is the first in a series of innovative HiLo frames to take advantage of the performance of 110mm wheels - with a PRO 12.8 HiLo scheduled for release at the same time.

The 1-2-1 HiLo, debuting with female skaters and smaller junior athletes in mind will be a 12.4-inch 1-2-1 configuration: putting smaller skaters down low on their frames for excellent control, and bringing the performance of 110mm wheels to a short and easy-to-accelerate wheelbase. As well as the key benefit of the 1-2-1 layout - optimizing the behavior of the mix of wheel diameters.

All this in a DualBox 3 frame to bring out the best in feel, ride quality, and turn performance.

DualBox HiLo 1-1-2 pictures

Introducing the big brother to the unique 1-2-1, the PRO HiLo 1-1-2.

Low-profile access to 110mm wheels for all 195 spacings. The new 12.4inch 1-2-1, and 12.8inch 1-1-2 DualBox-3 HiLo frames.

A special low-profile version of the DualBox-3 extrusion has been developed specifically for two new CadoMotus PRO HiLo 110/100 frames.

The 12.8inch version is the PRO HiLo 1-1-2, a 110-100-110-110 high-performance frame that brings 110mm performance to a 12.8 wheelbase for exceptional footspeed and maneuverability. With a rear deck height of just 105mm (50mm + 55mm wheel radius) the 1-1-2 provides the roll of 110mm wheels on a frame as low as the PRO 4x100, with the fast-turning, easy-to-accelerate 12.8inch (mm) wheelbase.

12.8inch 1-1-2, for skaters who want the best of fast-feet meets high-speed.

PRO HiLo 1-1-2: Available next week

Both the 12.4-inch 1-2-1 (110-100-100-110) and the 12.8inch 1-1-2 (110-100-110-110) are expected to be available to distributors in the coming week.
